WavesFunnyNode was created to prove one simple thing: staking does not have to be boring.
We have been building on the Waves blockchain since 2018. We focus on transparency, open communication, and giving real power to stakers through WavesFunny Governance.
By WavesFunny Governance we mean that we allow community participation and decision-making around the node and service, but all participation is advisory. We retain the right to stop, deny, or override any governance decision at any time.
WavesFunnyNode is a non-custodial WAVES staking service, meaning your funds always stay under your control. We also offer flexible reward assets and configurable payout timing, because staking should adapt to you, not the other way around.
Our WavesFunny Strategy is a long-term approach to maximizing value through smart participation in the ecosystem, creativity, and community-driven decisions, without adding risk to stakers' rewards.
WavesFunnyVC supports promising projects inside the Waves ecosystem to increase innovation and visibility. This does not affect your staked funds or reward distributions.
A decentralized and distributed public network used to record transactions and run protocol rules.
Cryptographic or digital assets recorded on a Blockchain.
A software or hardware tool that allows you to manage addresses and authorize Blockchain transactions using private keys or seed phrases controlled by you.
A protocol-level mechanism on certain Networks whereby Digital Assets are allocated according to Network rules to support network operations.
A node or operator participating in block production or transaction validation under protocol rules.
On-chain and off-chain rules, parameters, and governance decisions that govern a Network, as updated from time to time.
On-chain distributions or incentives generated by protocol rules and validator performance.
External wallets, exchanges, liquidity pools, aggregators, or DeFi services not controlled by us.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use the Services.
You may not use the Services if your use would violate applicable law or if you are subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions. We may restrict access for compliance, security, or risk reasons.
We operate technical infrastructure and provide technical interfaces and information to enable you to interact with Networks under their Protocol Rules.
We do not take custody of your Digital Assets and do not control your Wallet, private keys, or seed phrase. You authorize each on-chain action from your Wallet.
Nothing on the Website or in the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should seek independent professional advice if needed.
We do not act as your broker, agent, intermediary, or fiduciary.
You may stake WAVES to our node. The node operator does not have access to your staked funds. Unstaking is governed by protocol rules.
We may publish payout timing and reward distribution rules on the Website. These schedules and rules are indicative only and may change at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend, delay, reduce, or eliminate payouts or rewards, and to change, suspend, or discontinue payout schedules, reward rules, or calculations at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Any internal schedules do not override blockchain conditions, protocol rules, or third-party system availability.
Blockchain confirmations, protocol delays, or third-party outages may affect when funds are visible on-chain. We are not responsible for such delays.
Any reward rates, examples, or estimates shown on the Website reflect our current calculation method and are indicative only. They are not a promise or guarantee of protocol outcomes.
We may change or discontinue estimates or formulas at any time, with or without notice. Changes apply prospectively.
Where available, you may choose the assets in which you receive rewards. Availability may change without notice.
We may employ strategic tactics to maximize long-term value. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue these tactics at any time at our sole discretion. These tactics use only WavesFunnyNode's own funds and do not add risk to staker rewards.
We may decide whether to distribute any additional rewards or benefits generated by the node. Such distribution is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.
We may offer preferential rewards, fee arrangements, or other special terms to certain users or partners. Such arrangements are discretionary, may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time, and are not guaranteed to continue.
We are not required to disclose the existence, terms, or conditions of any preferential arrangements, and such terms may be confidential.
No user is entitled to equal treatment, most-favored terms, or the same rewards or fees offered to others.
We may enable connections to third-party wallet providers or wallet-connection services ("Wallet Providers"). These providers are independent and governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control Wallet Providers and are not responsible for their availability, security, performance, or any loss, downtime, or errors arising from their services. You assume all risks and we do not compensate for issues caused by Wallet Providers.
We may integrate or route transactions through third-party exchanges, liquidity pools, aggregators, or DeFi services ("Third-Party Swap Services"). These services are not controlled by us.
We do not guarantee pricing, execution, or availability and are not responsible for failed swaps, liquidity issues, slippage, or losses. You assume all risks and we do not compensate for issues caused by Third-Party Swap Services.
Where available, we may display or offer optional spread or slippage protections (for example, 1% to 5%) to help you limit adverse price movement. These are indicative only and may not be available for all transactions or tokens.
Market conditions and third-party execution can cause actual prices to move beyond displayed or selected thresholds. We do not guarantee any specific execution price, spread, or slippage outcome.
The Waves blockchain may undergo protocol upgrades and feature activations. We may allow governance input through WavesFunny Governance, community processes, or node owner decisions. Node participation may occur through governance. As a node operator, WavesFunnyNode may vote for or against features at our discretion, sometimes without prior discussion.
Governance input is advisory and does not create any duty, guarantee, or liability on our part. We do not assume responsibility or liability for the outcomes of any governance decisions, including technical, economic, or legal consequences.
We reserve the right to abstain from, deny, or override any governance decision, including forcing, delaying, or rejecting a vote, if we believe it conflicts with our rules, legal obligations, security requirements, ethics, or materially harms the node, stakers, or the service.
Token or coin listings may occur via governance processes or node owner decisions. We reserve the right to add, restrict, suspend, or remove any token or coin at any time, with or without notice.
We may apply or adjust fees from rewards at any time, including setting different fees for different users, arrangements, or special agreements. We may also change reward preferences, incentives, or distribution terms where applicable. Any changes may be shown on the Website and can be effective immediately or prospectively.
We are not obligated to disclose the existence or terms of preferential fee or reward arrangements, and such terms may be confidential.
Network fees (gas) are set by the blockchain and are not controlled by us.
Staking and blockchain transactions involve significant risks and may result in partial or total loss, delays, or inability to access Digital Assets.
Risks include, without limitation: slashing and other protocol penalties; software and smart contract bugs; Network failures or attacks; governance changes; lockups or unbonding delays; market volatility; and Third-Party Services failures.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, and accounts. We cannot recover keys or reverse on-chain transactions.
You are responsible for reviewing transaction details, including addresses, amounts, and fees, before signing.
You are solely responsible for taxes, legal obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or accuracy.
Links, integrations, or references to third-party services do not imply endorsement. You use third-party services at your own risk.
The Website and Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, and other content, are owned by WavesFunnyNode and protected by law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We may refuse service, and may modify, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including compliance, security, maintenance, or risk management.

Networks are decentralized or third-party systems not controlled by us. We are not responsible for Protocol Rules or changes to them, Network incidents, or the consequences of such events.
Information on the Website is provided for general information purposes only. You must not rely on it as a promise or guarantee, and you use it at your own risk.
We are not obligated to update, correct, or maintain any content on the Website or Services.
We are not liable for any delay, failure, or interruption of the Website or Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, blockchain incidents, third-party provider failures, cyberattacks, acts of government, regulatory actions, or natural disasters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WavesFunnyNode, its affiliates, and personnel are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to the Website or Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of Digital Assets, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WavesFunnyNode and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WavesFunnyNode operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute or claim will be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Website or Services must be brought within six (6) months after the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
We may, at our sole discretion, require that any dispute or claim be resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where we operate. If we do not elect arbitration, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
